This website is published by [COMMITTEE NAME], the candidate committee supporting Scott Rendleman's campaign for Boulder City Council in the November 3, 2026 municipal election. Using the site means you accept these terms.

The site exists to tell Boulder residents what Scott would do on council, to list campaign events, and to let people volunteer, request a yard sign, and contribute. It is a campaign publication. It is not legal, financial, or voting advice, and it is not an official publication of the City of Boulder.

Boulder limits what one person may give to a candidate committee, and the contribution page states the current limit and enforces it. By contributing you confirm each of the following:

• You are contributing your own personal funds, and no one is reimbursing you.
• You are an individual, not a business, corporation, limited liability company, labor organization, or nonprofit.
• You are a United States citizen or a lawfully admitted permanent resident.
• You are not a federal contractor giving in that capacity.
• The name, address, employer, and occupation you give are accurate and complete.

Contributions to a municipal candidate committee are not tax deductible as charitable contributions. Contributions are reported to the City of Boulder and become part of a public filing, as described in the privacy policy. The campaign may decline or refund any contribution, including one that would exceed the limit or that is missing required donor information.

When you send a message, a photograph, a testimonial, or an endorsement to the campaign, you give the campaign permission to use it in campaign material, including on this site and in print, unless you tell us otherwise in writing. You keep ownership of what you send. Do not send anything you do not have the right to share, and do not send anything you would not want repeated.

The campaign may edit submissions for length and clarity, and may decline to publish any submission for any reason.

• Do not submit false information, or someone else's information without their permission.
• Do not use the site's forms to send bulk, automated, or commercial messages.
• Do not attempt to break into, disrupt, scrape at scale, or test the security of the site or the campaign's systems without written permission.
• Do not use the campaign's name, wordmark, or material in a way that suggests the campaign endorses you, your business, or another candidate or measure.

Text, photographs, and graphics on this site belong to the campaign or are used with permission. You may quote and share them for news reporting, commentary, and personal non-commercial use with attribution. Reproducing campaign material as your own, or using it in advertising, requires written permission. Press may use the material on the press page as that page describes.

The site links to city pages, news coverage, and other organizations for reference. The campaign does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement of everything on the other side of it.

The campaign tries to keep this site accurate and current, and corrects mistakes when it learns of them. Even so, the site is provided as it is. The campaign does not promise that every page is error free or that the site will always be available, and it is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site. For voting dates, ballot content, and registration, rely on the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder rather than on this site.

These terms may be updated, and the current version is always the one posted here with the date at the top. Colorado law governs these terms, and any dispute belongs in the state courts located in Boulder County, Colorado. Questions go to scott@rendleman4boulder.com.
